Serving Instruction

1.Heat the oil 15g in a wok over medium heat and fry massaman curry sauce 90g until its aromatic taste is exposed. Then add 120ml coconut milk and mix well together.

2.Add your favorite meat, and add 120ml of water and 1 teaspoon of palm sugar. Stir well until the meat is tender.

3.Final add diced potatoes ½ cup and Sliced onion ½ cup and Season with your favorite flavors (Fish sauce,salt,sugar) . Mix well together and stir until all is fully cooked.
